First contact with this company was made by telephone to request a quotation for the work required. Very pleased that all the work could be sourced through the one point of contact. Quotation came within our budget and specified all the work to be carried out. Work entailed a complete bathroom refurbishment allowing for removal of existing bath, toilet, wash basin and radiator to be replaced with walk-in shower, new toilet system, wash basin and heated towel/radiator. Also included was the re-plastering of ceiling and all walls, together electrical installations. Work commenced on date requested and although it look longer to complete than originally quoted for, we were not charged for the extra time. We were kept fully informed of progress throughout the installation, which was undertaken to a very high standard. There was some additional work required which was carried out at a reasonable cost. We would, thoughrally recommend using this company.

Ryan has completed several planned and emergency jobs for us over the years, in 3 different houses. He has fixed leaks, replaced toilet parts, repaired radiators and installed a shower amongst other jobs. Every time the work has been to a high standard. Highly recommend his friendly, reliable and well priced services. We will always call on him first.

The water pump broke and we had no showers - not good. What was good was Ryan Hazelton - he came out, swapped out the pump quick as a flash and hey presto! Great service, respectful and clean. Would 100% recommend.
